Tim Sheridan / September Guest DJ

Its hard to put all Tim's achievements in one small space, but these are some of the most obvious ones that Tim is famed for: THE UTAH SAINTS gave Tim his first break in the industry in the 80's. He started Kiss FM Radio for the North of England. Tim has been a Radio broadcaster for Kiss and Radio One and a television presenter for MTV. It's believed Tim is the only DJ to have played back to back with Danny Tenaglia. He was a weekly Superclub resident at London's HOME, Leicester Square. Along with Har Mar Superstar he hosted 'The Music Box' for Manumission, Ibiza. Together with Smokin' Jo, Tim revived the free party scene in Ibiza with his NASTYDIRTYSEXMUSIC parties. And followed that with his more recent clubbing concept, VERYVERYWRONGINDEEED.

Tim has played for every major promoter across the globe but his favourites are: Bugged Out! | Fabric | Back to Basics | New York City (Buenos Aries)| We Love Space | The Underground Ibiza | Turnmills | Space Miami | Amnesia | Danny Tenaglia's "Be Yourself" | DC10 | Mr C's "Superfreq" | Berlin Love Parade | Glastonbury Main Stage and Dance Tent | Cream

From a long background of warehouses, free beach parties in Ibiza, raves at DC10 and across Europe and the UK, Veryverywrongindeed and its record label Veryverywrongindeed Recordings are the end result of decades of work from of one of the UK's underground heroes, Tim Sheridan. With rave review support from artists from Dan Ghenacia to Sebo K, Laurent Garnier to Arnaud Rebotini, the Veryverywrongindeed label was called "really freaky shit" and "one to watch" by IDJ and its London warehouse parties were described by DJ mag as "deliciously sideways".

Sheridan, meanwhile, has a DJ career spanning 24 years, musically always a few steps further than any other fucker. From founder of KISS FM in the north to being the man who made Ministry cool again with his night Nastydirtysexmusic and best
-selling compilation of the same name. He was playing minimal and techno in Ibiza when 99% of DJs were playing bongos, flamenco and sunshine.

His stable of VVWI artists stretches from Andre Crom to Dub Kult to Johnny Arthur to up-and-coming types like Zigmund Slezak, Josh Tweek, and of course UK wonderkids Spektre - who will be releasing their debut album, Spektre LIVE!, on VVWI as well as playing at Glade itself with Mr C, Mike Monday and Sheridan.

What's Veryverywrongindeed? We'll leave it to Sheridan himself to explain, as he did in this posting to the ubercool Faith newsgroup earlier this month: "I called my last thing NASTYDIRTYSEXMUSIC simply to knock up an imaginary genre specifically to avoid being pigeonholed. It kind of worked although those who tried to copy it since have got it dead wrong. So it had to end. Same goes for VERYVERYWRONGINDEED. Does what it says on the tin. I could have gone for 'ALLMYFAVOURITETUNESTHATYOURNOTSUPPOSEDTO
PLAYINIBIZA' or 'WONKYWEIRDORECORDSTHATCONFUSETHE
FUCKOUTOFYOUSOBERNEVERMINDONKETAMINE' but you have to be descriptive AND snappy".

'Queen of Sankeys', Tribal Sessions and Radio 1 resident, Mistress de Funk, has fast become one of the most in demand female djs around. Playing in clubs since the tender age of 15, has meant the Mistress has 10 years of dj experience, and far more in her young years than most. Playing at some of the best clubs in the world, with some of the biggest dj's to date, the young techno fiend is set for big things. Hype surrounding the young lady is at fever pitch right now, with great anticipation surrounding her own productions... and they are finally here!

The Mistress is currently getting started on an artist album, with remix requests coming in thick and fast as well. The next 12 months is shaping up to be yet another big year, after a massive year last year, gaining the coverted Sankeys residency (the first girl ever to do so) and the highly influential and much respected In New Djs We Trust show on Radio1 bringing her unique blend of all things techno and electronic to the rosta, and there is no room to slow down this year. Tours of Australia and South East Asia are coming up in March, as well as South America and Canada later in the year. Her worldwide exposure through the Radio 1 show has meant lots of international gigs over the last 12 months, and no change this year with Italy, Spain, Hungary and Austria already in the diary.

Not happy to stop there, the Mistress continues to promote her own night, being responsible for bookings at Tribal Sessions once a month. Last years parties were phenomenally successful, with artists such as Adam Beyer, Shlomi Aber, Tania Vulcano, Steve Bug, Stephan Bodzin and Marc Romboy. She is also looking to throw one off parties through out the year so look out for them! As well as this there are plans to start her own record label in 2008 so no rest for the wicked! Here's to another great year for the young Mistress of techno..

Laura Heath / May Guest DJ

sarah malinky sarah pic 1 sarah pic 2 sarah pic 3 sarah pic 3

Laura Heath’s love affair with electronic music began when she started listening to pioneers of the sound such as Swayzak, Adam Beyer, Guy Gerber and Carl Craig. Laura studied their sounds and used her knowledge to create her own blend of melodic techno. From that moment Laura hasn’t looked back, and has since graced the decks at some of the world’s finest clubs such as Turnmills, The Cross and Privilege.

Upon returning from a successful season in Ibiza in 2006, Laura was made resident at 04+ in Leicester and played alongside some of the biggest names in the scene. From there she decided to move to London to work on her own brainchild ‘Neverneverland’ which was hosted at the legendary Cross.

The end of last year saw Laura touring around Austria playing along side Lucca, Chris Liebing and Defex and has given her the determination to push things and continue to the next level. With new residencies under her belt for 2008 with Variance at AKA and Nish Nish, and the launch of her much acclaimed ‘Black Series’ Podcast, this London based DJ is rapidly becoming in demand. With bookings coming in from all over the globe and being hard at work in the studio it wont take people long to witness this talent.

ben jamin ben jamin pic 1 ben jamin pic 2 ben jamin pic 3

The spanner in the works from San Francisco to Rome to Iceland to BBC Radio 1 LIVE and the main floor at Heaven, Ben Jamin has lit up dance floors for the Bears, The Girls and the Gay-Lords the world over! The Guardian called him the party master - his special powers include mash-ups, dirty disco, NON-HOUSE dance sets, rock, soul, as well as big bad electro-vocal hands-in-the-air-5am-sweat-it-out house, manhandling and dangerous dance floor disco spins...

Responsible for taking gay RnB clubbing all the way to Leicester Square with his club The Bump and also one half of the brains behind Shoreditch party riot DIRTY FAIRY with scenester Jonny Woo, the Club Of Clubs that has seen the likes of Bjork, Larry T, an orthodox jew and a midget (honest!) all grace the dance floor, Ben Jamin refuses to subscribe to any one genre or stereotype. Sweet!

Ben will be doing a special WiSH set of mash-up, indie, disco and electro including some of his own mashed creations! Get set to hear some of your midnight faves in ways you never dreamt before! Get your party suit on!

He also has an amazing capacity for consuming Guinness, rum, hairy blokes and sleeping / not sleeping for days!

Caffe Latte / Guest DJ duo

caffe latte caffe pic 1 caffe pic 2 caffe pic 3 caffe pic 4 caffe pic 1

Caffe Latte is Josh Toko and Ivan Garcia. This unstoppable duo have been taking East London nights by storm with their mix of 90´s classics, electro, booty bass and balie funk. Regular nights at Hoxton bar, Red Lion, Catch 22 and more recently Trailer Trash at On the Rocks have kept ravers singing and dancing along to all those songs we avoid admitting we like while sober AND all those songs you don´t really know but danced to anyway. Must be a hit!

WARNING! THESE TWO WILL STOP AT NOTHING!

DJ Choccy / Guest DJ

choccy choccy pic 1 choccy pic 2 choccy pic 3 choccy pic 4 choccy pic 5

Choccy started djing at the tender age of two- her favorite tune Dennis Waterman's classic Minder song 'I could be so good for you'. Influenced by Bucks Fizz and Billy Ocean, Choccy attempts with occasional success to blend 80's pop with riot girl electro trash. Has been known to play 80's power ballads when drunk - DO NOT give this girl alcohol!

De Kutt / Guest DJ

choccy de kutt pic 1 de kutt pic 2 de kutt pic 3 de kutt pic 4 de kutt pic 5

De Kutt or better known as the infamous 'French Doris', moved to this country from Nice in France almost 2 decades ago. She was drawn to clubbing from the tender age of 16 and her love for it turned from being a clubber to promoting 6 years ago when she started one of london's best ever lesbian nights, French Kiss at Essence. French Kiss came storming onto the London lesbian scene in June 2002 and fast became the hottest girls night around. This sexy night offered progressive trance and tribal music delivered by the cream of London's DJ scene. Set in the uber stylish Essence Bar, the club offered an electrifying atmosphere for girls who knew how to party.

De Kutt is also the responsible for the legendary girls night called Smack, which used to call The Egg at Kings Cross home, but has recently been club-hopping the london clubbing venues, Hidden and Area.

Unable to resist the desire to dj as well as promote, De Kutt started playing her mix of sexy, dirty french electro with a bit of disco thrown in for good measure. She's one of few dj's left who still plays vinyl, and does it extremely well. WiSH has been lucky enough to have her guest dj at their 2008 NYE party and most recently their April night. She's also graced the decks at ElecTroluV (Spirit bar), Queer Council, DTPM (Fabric), Trade (Turnmills) and of course Smack (Egg).

Top on her list of favourite tracks would be, 'All I Wanted' by Da Mode, 'Supernature feat. Grace Jones, and 'Frank Sinatra' by Miss Kitten. A De Kutt set more often than not features tracks by two of her all time favourite bands, The Cure and Depeche Mode.

Her most memorable djing experience she would have to admit would be NYE 2008 @ WiSH. "It was brilliant, I really enjoyed the crowd and what I was playing. Really nice buzz that night!

De Kutt's plans for the future include moving to Miami where she introduce intends on introducing Smack to the yankies. "They need the European touch!"
